Order Status:
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation including products, total amounts and shipping information. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with shipping confirmation.

Cancellations:
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Reasons may include:
- Item(s) not available.
- Difficulty in processing your payment information.
- Cannot ship to address provided.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail notification regarding your order, which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
In the event LaLucca cancels your order, your sole and exclusive remedy is limited to reimbursement of amounts billed to your credit card for the items cancelled.

Product Availability:
Purchase of LaLucca products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.

Back Order Items:
Total payment is required. Because Back Order items are neither returnable nor exchangeable, we ask that you take special care when making your selections. Timeframe is from 4 to 6 weeks, so please consider this time requirement when placing your order.

Methods of Payment:
The following credit cards are accepted for payment at www.lalucca.com: American Express Card, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. For your security, please be sure that your billing information match your credit card statement information. LaLucca reserves the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax (7%) is added on all merchandise delivered to the state of Florida.

Pricing:
Prices displayed on the LaLucca web site are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our web site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
Title to products you order on this web site and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.

Shipping:
All online purchases are shipped via FedEx. For security reasons, LaLucca online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, online purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through FedEx. If you would like to place an order to be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, please e-mail us at customerservice@lalucca.com or call us at 1.800.579.2350.

At the current time, orders submitted online can only be shipped within the USA. At Checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
For most items, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST. Orders received and/or processed after that time will not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

An estimated delivery charge will be quoted at the time of order placement. This charge may be amended at a later date based on the weight and the geographic shipping location of the order. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country.
Duties and taxes (including value added tax) will be the responsibility of the recipient. LaLucca cannot determine the exact amount of these fees in advance, however an estimate will be provided to the purchaser prior to the time of shipping. The purchaser's approval is needed to complete shipment.

Service Days: Monday – Friday. Delivery is by the end of the business day.

Exceptions: FedEx Ground cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

FedEx Express Saver
Delivery Times: Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7:00 p.m., in 3 business days.
Service Days: Monday – Friday
Delivery Area: Available throughout all states except Alaska and Hawaii.

FedEx 2Day Details
Delivery Times: Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7:00 p.m., in 2 business days.
Service Days: Monday – Friday with Saturday service available in many areas for an additional charge.
Delivery Area: Available throughout all 50 states.
Exceptions: Delivery to some rural areas of Alaska and Hawaii in 3 business days. For additional details about Alaska and Hawaii shipments, please e-mail us at customerservice@lalucca.com.

FedEx Standard Overnight Service Details
Delivery Times: Next business day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.
Service Days: Monday – Friday
Delivery Area: Available throughout all 50 states (not available in all areas of Alaska and Hawaii).
Exceptions: Available from Hawaii in 1 or 2 business days. For additional details about Alaska and Hawaii shipments, please e-mail us at customerservice@lalucca.com.
To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Lalucca cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase a Return Authorization form is enclosed with every package. You need to fill out the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, store credit or make an exchange for another product. You can only return or exchange In Stock items. Shipping charges will apply to shipments of exchange orders and will be billed to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the delivery date will be credited to your credit card account (refunds exclude shipping costs). There will be absolutely no refunds for items returned after 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging to assure full credit. We cannot accept any item for return or exchange, which bears an indication that it was used. Products worn or damaged cannot be taken back. If we receive such goods we will charge you $35 and return the items to you. Any customer doing more than 3 (three) returns will be taken off our customer list and no further orders will ever be accepted. In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge. LaLucca will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in LaLucca sole discretion.

Product Care:
Please avoid direct contact with heat, oil, grease (makeup) and other abrasive products, as LaLucca cannot assume responsibility for the eventual deterioration and mishandling of the product. Also, avoid contact with any materials, which may transfer their color pigments on to the product.
